Sbahle Mpisane, born on 18 June 1993, is a well-known fitness blogger and reality TV star who studied at the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN). She earned a degree in Housing and Town Planning.

Mpisane was involved in a near-fatal road accident in the early hours of 9 August 2018. Sbahle's BMW 4 Series collided with the kerb, causing her to hit her head and lose consciousness. Her leg became trapped on the accelerator, causing her to hit a traffic light before the vehicle finally struck a tree.
