Lerato Kganyago Shares Alarming Encounter with Thugs Who Followed Her: "My Fear is Worn Out"

Radio personality Lerato Kganyago wants everyone to be safe out there. This follows a chilling incident she had of being stalked.

Taking to her Instagram page on Monday and Tuesday, 28 and 29 July 2025, Lerato revealed that she was being followed, and this has been going on for a while now.

Her most recent encounter with the thugs was when she purposely walked into a restaurant where they would expose themselves. She also shared that the workers at the establishment alerted her that the thugs were asking around for her and were watching her.

In her multiple Instagram stories, Mrs Ndlala said she documented this entire experience and has pictures of these men.

"As much as I had braverly set this 'trap', I am very grateful that there are people from the restaurant and security, that alerted me that there are people who are following me, and were asking about my whereabouts, where I was sitting and what time I had arrived at the I had arrived at the restaurant."

She was certain that she was being followed when the men left at the same time as her.

"Well, unfortunately for them I took a picture of each and everyone of them. From when they walked in the door, where they sat, and when they all started moving as I made my way out!"

The star, who owns a luxury fleet of cars, took a picture and sent it to a friend, who was parked outside the venue too. However, before leaving, Kganyago said she confronted the men, but she advises against this. What was most shocking about this was that Lerato alleged that a cop was in on this.

Lerato said she filmed the cop who did not intervene during the altercation. Despite what happened, Lerato said:

"One of the guys stood next to a police officer, who did not say anything during the confrontation. He only walked away when he realised that I had been recording them. I did this because I knew I had "invisible" security around me."

Despite taking the bold decision to defend herself, Lerato does not advise women or anyone who might need to fend for themselves to do this.
