Former Abomama actress Asavela Mqokiyana recently opened up about her divorce from her husband and the father of her daughter, Vuyisa Mqokiyana.

Mqokiyana's divorce was a hot topic in September 2024, after the actress shared photos of herself leaving court, while dressed in black.

The actress, who currently stars in SABC1's soapie Uzalo as Nurse Sizakele, has broken her silence over her divorce from her ex-husband.

The popular actress, who was a recent guest on Mapaseka Koetle's podcast, The Mommy Diaries, revealed that she and her ex-husband divorced while their daughter was 6 months old.
