South African popular sangoma Gogo Maweni and her husband, Sabelo Mgube, welcomed their healthy twins in July 2025, and recently, the controversial reality TV star made an exciting announcement that went viral on social media.

The Izingane Zodumo cast member shared on her Instagram page on Tuesday, 19 August 2025, that her twins have turned one month old and also revealed that their names are Simakade and Somandla Mgube.

Gogo Maweni stopped personal consultations amid pregnancy

Just as she was celebrating her newborn twins, in June 2025, when she was still heavily pregnant, Gogo Maweni and her husband, Sabelo Mgube, decided that the sangoma would stop face-to-face consultations until further notice.

"Please take note, due to our pregnancy, my ndumba will be closed for face-to-face consultations from the 1st of June until further notice. Only the store and telephonic consultations will continue. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who believes in my work and their ancestors. I am truly grateful. Looking forward to seeing y'all again after our twins are born - Love the Mgube's," they wrote.
