In a TikTok video by @whereistheteacher6, a teacher was relaying the difference between ascending and descending order. The woman was chanting "ascending" while doing a motion showing an increase in value. She then offered the kids an explanation in their home language, Sepedi, so that they understood what ascending means. The educator moved on to making a similar move for "descending" and then followed the same steps as the pupils repeated the concepts after her.
