The shocking incident was caught on camera, where the video showcased the glass pane near the food influencers Patrick Blackwood and Nina Santiago's booth at CuVee's Culinary Creations in Houston breaking as they were eating their food.

The footage seems to show Nina tumbling out of the booth and Patrick, who was closest to the window, getting sprayed with glass.

In the video, the window frame is pushed into the table, which moves into the restaurant. Nina falls onto her knees on the floor as she moves out of the booth. Glass falls off of Patrick when he stands to help her up, including a particularly large piece that lands on his lap.

The vlog then jumps to a series of clips of them in the ambulance and then in the hospital.

Patrick said the following:

"Still here. Um, I'm OK now; heart rate's regulated. The realisation just hit. ... I was not expecting this bulls--- right here. But, um, I'm glad I'm alive."

In addition, Nina recorded herself speaking into the camera while she awaited sutures, expressing her gratitude for her life. She added how she just tried to smile and remind herself that everything was fine.

"This is the second accident this month. The fact that we walked away from both accidents... maybe I'm just delusional right now, but I'm just like, it's like I want to break down and cry and I just can't," Nina said.

At the end of the vlog, they went back to CuVee's Culinary Creations for a meal. Santiago stated that she wanted to "deal with my PTSD" as quickly as possible, although her heart was pounding.

"We came back just to make sure to have peace of mind, and also because the food is actually amazing," Nina shared.

The pair posted a series of photos showing lacerations with stitches and staples closing the wounds.
